How to request a quote

 Not all your requests can be covered by our standard services. To allow you to ask anything you want and have us send you a quote, we have created a special instruction; the "Request for Quote".  Upload all the files, add them to the "Request for Quote" instruction, click on "Enter details" and describe clearly what you want us to do. Then click "add to basket" and conclude with "Proceed to check-out".



If you did not request any other services, you will see this page. Just click any of the options, it does not matter, all amounts are zero:


 If you have added other instructions to the order, then you will see something like this. As you can see the "Request for Quote" is priced with the amount zero (0.00). Depending on the amount of the other instructions you will need to make a pre-payment (of course excluding the files you requested a quote for):



Once we have made a quote for you, we will notify you via email. In your account profile you can accept or decline the quote. Click on the order with the status "Pending customer confirmation".


Here you see the details of your order that included the "Request for quote" (shown here as Instruction 2). The quoted price in this example is EUR 35.00. Click on "Accept" to accept the quote or click on "Reject" to decline the offer. Declining the offer will, for technical reasons, result in the cancellation of the whole order. If you accept the offer, you will be directed to the order confirmation page and, if applicable, to the payment page.


If you rejected the offer, you will see this page. In case you pre-paid an amount for the order, you will get the choice for a refund. Either the refund is added to your account balance or we refund the amount of the cancelled order via PayPal. A third option is to contact our customer service for another way to deal with the cancellation of your order. Press the red "Reject" button to confirm.



Maybe the quote was a bit above your budget, but you still want some of it to be done. In that case you could write something like this:
